Our team endeavors to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 24 business hours of placement. For orders received after 12 PM EST, they will be shipped on the following business day. Orders made over weekends or public holidays will also be dispatched on the next business day. All parcels are shipped through a tracked mail service, and a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your items are on their way. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrectly recorded shipping addresses or the recipient's refusal to accept the package. For your convenience, kindly verify delivery information before finalizing your order and ensure someone is available to receive the items at the specified shipping address.

Shipping Costs is FREE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CANADA. COSTUMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE. 

Shipping Costs are displayed in USD. The exact shipping costs depend on order weight and shipping destination, calculated during checkout. Higher rates apply for priority shipping. Please allow 8-21 business days for standard delivery. International orders may experience delays or customs holds. In rare cases, customs delays can extend up to 30 business days or more. Kindly allow extra time for your order to arrive, and in case of delays, check your tracking number and contact your local customs office before reaching out to us. We are not liable for shipping issues, delays, or errors originating within your country.
